Welcome to St. Francis' Early Childhood Program

Welcome to the Early Childhood Program at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School!
At St. Francis, we believe the earliest years of learning should be filled with joy, discovery, and faith. Our Preschool and Transitional-Kindergarten classrooms provide a loving and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Rooted in our Catholic faith, we nurture each child’s spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Through a balance of play, hands-on learning, and guided instruction, our dedicated teachers help children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
We are honored to partner with families in these formative years bridging the comfort of home with the excitement of school, and creating a foundation for faith, friendship, and future success.
Here at St. Francis, we believe that:
- Each student is a special child of God
- Children learn best about God’s world through experimentation and exploration
- Developmentally appropriate activities and play are the best avenues of learning
- A loving environment fosters children's ability to develop to their fullest potential
- The family and home life is the primary place for each child’s learning
- Building relationships with parents and promoting family participation benefits children's success
Together, with Christ at the center of all we do, we look forward to guiding your child’s first steps in faith, learning, and friendship at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School.
