We would like for every child to enjoy the gift of a Catholic education and will do our best to work with families who need financial assistance to make this happen.
The Tuition Assistance Fund exists in order to provide support to the families of students with demonstrated financial need who wish to attend St. Francis of Assisi. The Tuition Assistance Fund is supported through the generosity of the tri-parish communities of San Antonio de Padua, St. Martin de Porres, and Santa Clara de Asis as well as the support of generous benefactors.
Any St. Francis of Assisi family may apply for tuition assistance. This financial aid is awarded annually based upon the availability of funds and a qualified applicant’s demonstrated need. The amount of financial aid awarded is based on information provided by the applicants on the FACTS Tuition Assistance Analysis form. This process takes income and assets of the family into account, as well as the size of the family, the number of children attending St. Francis of Assisi and other tuition charging schools, the state and/or metropolitan area where the family resides, the number of working parents and other factors.
Online applications for financial assistance for the 2018-2020 school year will be available from April 17, 2019 through May 19, 2019. The online application is located at the FACTS Parent Portal. Applications for admission are reviewed separately from applications for tuition assistance. An enrollment application must be submitted and registration for the upcoming school year must be complete in order to apply for tuition assistance. Once the application period has closed, all applications will be prioritized based on need to determine any award amount. Determination letters will be sent to all applicants on May 31, 2019.
