At St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School we are committed to growth and improvement. As part of that philosophy we have launched an all-new website, with improved navigation, more information, and additional ways for you to interact with us. Above and beyond that, it’s mobile-friendly, so you can browse St. Francis news, alerts, events, and assignments on the go!
With the new site our goal was greater interaction and ease of navigation. We increased the use of multimedia, so images, videos, and other audiovisual content are emphasized to maximize the impact of our information. We also focused more on integrating social media into the site, so wherever our community members are they can share what they see with friends and colleagues.
What about the old content you’ve come to know and love? Don’t worry – It’s all still there, but with a new look and location. The calendar, for example, is no longer a tiny icon on the top of the home page. Instead you can scroll through the “Upcoming Events” column to see what activities are happening right away, or click on the “View All” button to navigate a full screen calendar of events. Teacher pages remain the same as well. Students can still find homework assignments, and classroom announcements there in the same manner they have all school year.
Our team has been working tirelessly to launch this new site, and we hope it helps to highlight what is most important to the St. Francis community.
