Today is the day! We are excited to share the official class lists for the 2021-2022 school year. Please know that many hours of work and collaboration went into discerning the best placement for each student. No changes will be made to classes at this time due to the time spent personalizing each class by our teachers and administration.
Please take a moment to read through the following first day of school reminders:
Drop off: You may only park at Eastside Park or on the downhill side of Eastside Circle to walk in your student. NO PARKING AT SANTA CLARA. You can drop off your student(s) in carline, however carline staff will not be able to assist with delivery of school supplies.
Pick up: Walking passes are ready and will be distributed to students on day one. All walkers will proceed down to Santa Clara. Parents, please be very careful driving through the parking lot as we are all learning new procedures. Dismissal will begin at 11:55am. If you are picking up your student in carline, place your family placard (these will be distributed by teachers in the morning) on the dashboard of your car. Cars will enter the parking lot per attendant instruction at 12:00pm. Please be patient these first few days of pick up. We will all be readjusting to this process. Afternoon Extended Care is available on day one for those families who have registered.
School supplies: School supplies may be brought to school throughout the first week. Please do not feel the need to bring everything all at once. Tables will be set up outside of each class for school supply drop off.
Parent Reception: Kiss and hug your child outside the classroom and then join us at the lunch tables for a welcome reception hosted by our Spirit Committee. Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
Mass: Parents are welcome to join us at our first school Mass on Monday morning at 10:00am at Santa Clara de Asis. Masks must be worn inside the church. No exceptions. Thank you for your support.
