The Scrip Program: Gift Card Fundraising

The Scrip Program is a fantastic, everyday way to support our school while easily fulfilling your family's annual fundraising commitment. By purchasing gift cards for the places you already shop—like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and retailers—a percentage of each purchase goes directly toward your obligation, at no extra cost to you!


Family Commitment & Guidelines


The program runs from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

  • Participation Fee / Opt-Out: $300 per family.
  • Participation Expectation: Families are expected to generate a minimum of $100 in Scrip profit by April 30, 2027.
  • Buy-Out Fee: If the $100 profit minimum is not met by the deadline, you will be charged the $300 Buy-Out fee.
  • FACTS Billing: The Scrip Buy-Out will be applied to your FACTS account and spread out over your payment plan. Any remaining balance due at the end of the program will be charged to your FACTS account in May 2027.

How to View & Order Scrip

Ready to start shopping and earning credit? To buy scrip online, you must first create a Presto Pay account. This secure account is tied to your bank account and used to pay for all online purchases.

  • Get Your Code: Please email scrip@sfayl.org to receive the required enrollment code.
  • Shop via App: Download the Raise Right app to order electronic gift cards on the go and use them immediately at checkout! You can also share the app with friends and family across the country to help earn tuition credits. (Note: All physical gift cards must be delivered to SFA and cannot be shipped directly to residential locations).

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • My child will be starting at St. Francis next fall. May we start buying Scrip now? Yes! Any Scrip purchases made between now and April 30th will earn tuition rebates which will be applied toward your upcoming tuition bill.
  • May I encourage others to purchase Scrip on our behalf? Of course! It is a great way to increase your rebate. Simply coordinate the purchases of grandparents, friends, or relatives and make certain that they list your family name on the rebate line of the Scrip order form.
  • How can I find out what my rebate will be? Rebates are calculated twice a year at the end of April and October. Your credit will be applied directly to your FACTS tuition account. If your FACTS account is already paid in full, a check will be issued to you.
  • What is the best way to maximize my tuition credit? Plan ahead! Take a few minutes to look over our list and browse www.ShopwithScrip.com to see the stores you already frequent. Purchasing your cards online, utilizing the Raise Right app for instant electronic cards, and involving friends or family are the best ways to maximize your impact.
