About the Teacher

My name is Alyson Evelo and I am blessed to be your child's Kindergarten teacher. This will be my sixth year of teaching Kindergarten at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, and it is such a wonderful and exciting time for children. I can not wait to share this experience and watch them grow in so many ways! 

I am a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Child and Adolescent development, as well as a teaching credential and Masters in Elementary Education.

I am a product of a Catholic family, and am 1 of 10 siblings! My catholic faith has always played a major role in my life, so I feel blessed to be able to integrate my faith into the classroom experience. St. Francis is such a beautiful school with an amazing and supportive community. 

I am here to help each of my students develop in areas academically, socially and emotionally. I want each child to know how much I care about them and their journey of learning and becoming closer to God. 

I am looking forward to an adventurous and faith-filled year in kindergarten with each and every one of you!
