About Teacher

I always knew since I was a kid that I wanted to be a teacher. But despite knowing that, I earned my degree at Sonoma State University in Business Administration. After working in the corporate world for a few years I realized I was not doing what I was truely called to do which was working with children. So back to school I went to earn my teaching permit. I started teaching 14 years ago but after a few years, I started my family and decided to stay home to raise my family. When my oldest child started at SFA seven years ago, I knew this is where I wanted to be when I was ready to start teaching again. So now here I am ready to begin this journey...

I have been married for 13 years and we have 4 (ages 10,7,3,2)  active boys that keep us busy!! As a family we love hockey and I have learned as a boy mom to become a camper since they all love the great outdoors! Every day is an adventure and I am grateful to be on this ride.
