Welcome to LUPO Learning at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School.LUPO Learning is St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School's schoolwide approach to supporting students as individual learners. Rooted in our Catholic identity and belief in the dignity of every child, LUPO provides collaborative, responsive, and strength-based support within the school day.

Our goal is to help students develop the academic skills, confidence, independence, and self-advocacy they need to be successful learners.

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, our program has shifted from a traditional pull-out Student Support model to a primarily push-in model. This allows our LUPO teachers to work alongside classroom teachers and students in real time, providing support within the natural learning environment whenever possible.

Multi-Tier Support System

Mighty Kids Speech

St. Francis of Assisi partners with Mighty Kids Speech Services, a team of licensed speech language pathologists, to provide speech and language services on campus during the school day. Mighty Kids Speech Services desires to serve and support families and their child’s unique speech and language skills while continuing to have the opportunity to experience private education. They offer screenings, evaluations, and weekly therapy sessions. If you have concerns regarding your child's speech or language skills, your child may benefit from receiving a speech screening to ensure speech and language skills are developmentally appropriate.
